Dr. Sasson E. Moulavi, MD

Everything here traces back to our team led by one physician. Dr. Sass is a physician, entrepreneur, and nationally recognized expert in longevity, metabolic health, obesity medicine, and healthy aging. Across more than three decades of clinical experience, he has dedicated his career to helping people improve their health through evidence-based medicine, nutrition, and innovative wellness solutions.
He earned his Doctor of Medicine from the University of Toronto and completed postgraduate medical training at McGill University in Montreal. He is Board Certified in Bariatric Medicine, a Fellow of the American Society of Bariatric Physicians, a member of the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine, and completed Harvard University's Practical Approaches to the Treatment of Obesity program.
He has directed multiple medical weight loss centers across the United States and Canada, cared for thousands of patients, founded Doctors Scientific Organica, and in 2021 was appointed Chief Medical Officer of Smart for Life, Inc. His work bridges traditional medicine and modern approaches to preventive care, longevity, and performance optimization.

A cold-prepared, precision-balanced stabilization system built to protect fragile peptide molecules. Precision buffering agents hold pH steady, trehalose shields peptide structure and reduces aggregation, and balanced isotonic salts keep the formula aligned with normal physiological conditions.
Cryogenic Microfiltration
Purification that runs continuously at 0–4°C to slow natural degradation. Depth filtration removes larger aggregates without stressing the peptide, pH is monitored throughout, oxygen-reduced environments limit oxidative exposure, and sterile fine filtration finishes the process before filling. They become certified VRLOV Affiliates. Certification comes first, deliberately: we'd rather someone learn the products properly than recommend them casually. Once approved, Affiliates earn 20% on customers they refer directly and 10% on eligible customer purchases generated by an affiliate they personally introduced, paid out monthly. The program is currently open to Florida residents only.
